Diabetic Recipes

Here are some links to some diabetic recipes on my site that I hope you will enjoy. I will put in all the dietary exchanges if the information is available to help you in monitor your intake. I am working on some diabetic cookbooks for people like us that I think you will love.

When they are ready, I will put the on the site for sale at a very low price.

They will be downloadable for you to use with Adobe Acrobat. I will also put a link for that program when I have it done just in case you do not have it. As time allows I will put up more free recipes for you to enjoy. There are four classes of dishes listed below. Main Dishes, side dishes, desserts and a few very good regular recipes.

It takes time to add to these pages, so with a normal life other than this website I will add pages and recipes as time allows. Thank you and I hope you will return!
